pyatok Posted June 28, 2002 Share Posted June 28, 2002 We have just performed some tests and have found that the problem only occurs when Undelete is running. Also if we attempt to open a file, convert, save as a the previous name without the V9, then make a change and save, we get a out of disk space error. Quote Link to comment
pyatok Posted June 29, 2002 Author Share Posted June 29, 2002 We are using Vectorworks 9.5.1 on Mac OS 9.2. We have a NT 4.0 Server with SP6a installed. The server is running Executive Software Undelete 2.0 and Norton AV Corp 7.6. When opening a pre 9.5.2 Vectorworks file, the file name is appended with the characters V9. If we perform a Save As... to rename the file back to the original name to keep the links intact, the file disapears from the folder view on the Mac workstation. If we go to the NT Server, the file is still visible from Explorer but has the archive attribute set. Has anyone had this problem? Does anyone know why this may be happening? Thanks for any info.
