Open or set Save As path from VS

Is there another way to open a drawing document from VectorScript other than OpenURL?

Or more to the point. . . is there a way to set the folder path to use from Vectorscript when saving a drawing?

I'm coming from v12.5, which would use the OpenURL path as the "default path" to also save the document. But in v2012, the save path defaults to the last used "Open" or "Save As" path when using OpenURL.
