The insertion point of the stair object is the beginning of the walkline at the bottom. When chaging the level types elevations, the stair will also adapt to them when it is bound to the level types. It changes according to it's insertion point. So the first thread stays.
There are many cases where I want the last thread to stay. So I would like to be able to choose the end of the stair as insertion point. When the level types changes, the end will stay and we just have more room in front of the stair. I also think this is more realistic in most situations.
