Chris D
Interesting development from Nemetschek: Allplan officially running on Macs, via a bundled version of Parallels: http://www.nemetschek.eu/more/allplan-on-mac-preview-program.html I wonder if Autodesk are watching - they don't support Revit on Parallels at the moment. Maybe the BIM options on the Mac are broadening beyond Vectorworks / ArchiCAD Quote Link to comment
Guest
Personally..I like the way these guys think...low cost one AEC program does it all http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?f=/g/a/2012/03/28/prweb9056634.DTL Quote Link to comment
Kizza
Is it a native version for mac or is a PC product bundled with parallels? Interesting, I've always felt that Allplan had a future - VW and Allplan potentially are products tha overlap. Quote Link to comment
Guest
Interesting, I've always felt that Allplan had a future - VW and Allplan potentially are products tha overlap. Allplan had no future outside the euro and they can probably kiss their investment in Archicad goodbye if they dont act quickly (as most of their users here are taking up revit)...I agree with the over lap so why not have a bet each way on developing VWs. Christiaan
Nah it's via Parallels. Think that's why they say on Mac rather than for Mac. Quote Link to comment
