We have an extract tool to extract curves and faces from 3D objects, but we also need an extract tool to extract arcs and lines from 2D polys and other 2D objects. I now have to copy the shape, decompose it and delete all the parts I don't want. I do this a lot, so an extract tool could really speed up that work.
