Well, OK but lets not limit this capability to stakes.

I often want to switch a dimension unit format without changing any other dimensions in the drawing. Dual Dimension is a royal pain for this. And why only dual, when a drawing might require many units formats?

Let's have this for all dimension related objects, both at the dimension location with your proposed widget, and in the OIP right near the precision pulldown. Maybe expand dimension classing with prefs for units formats in each dimension class.

Global reset? Use the classes.

Count me in. The stake tool is at long last usable to do eastings/northings but these are in metres to three decimals, whereas most files we work on are in millimetres.
