Vectorscrip color control

I am new to using Vectorscript and I am trying to create a single point object plugin that would have a button or a drop down menu that would give me a couple of color option

For example: I created a plug-in that drops a point object consist of a circle on a square into the scene. I would like that object plugin to have 3-4 color options to change the color of only the circle when press or change to certain parameters

Is it possible to do something like if I set a parameter to call "Color"

and a pre-set value such as "Red" is selected, then the circle for that single point object would be turn red

if it is possible what would the code be to do something like that?
