Accurate Rendering Progress Bar

Please, make the rendering progress bars accurate and useful. It doesn't reflect anything remotely close to reality when rendering viewports. The bar is often all the way across and rendering isn't complete.

Please also add the progress bar to the Dock icon on a Mac.

Well, Yes! This would be nice. Something like the time tags on MacOS permission repair.

I'ld also like to know if Vectorworks is crashing instead of slow rendering, so a "Software not responding" notice would be included in my version of this wish. (is that even possible?)

Benson, Kevin, not wishing to detract from the importance of knowing where one stands with constant feedback from the App running, but as a Mac user a quick check in "Activity Monitor" usually gives much more reliable info on what's going on with the S L O W E R (take note NV) products in ones arsenal.

Any failings like "Not Responding" are immediately visible.

Yes it's a pain to have to rely on something other that the item of current interest, but it does supply a modicome of tranquility knowing that despite indication to the contrary, VW, RW or both, is still actually doing something.

Agreed. Progress bar should more accurately represent time remaining to complete render.

what would also be useful would be a way of stopping a render that takes tooooooooo long, without having to force quit the vectorworks application...
