Crop Object improvement

One can now activate the crop object by clicking on the OIP check box....

And by default one can ONLY have one crop object per viewport....

So...

Wouldn't it be good if one could click on the crop object check box and then just straight up edit the crop? Instead of having to double click the viewport select crop and then edit it and then leave the crop edit mode?

IMO viewport Crops should be directly editable using planar tools & commands.

Horst,

The clip tool is only halfway. Can I add to the crop object? Move it? Resize it?

If you think about it, the crop and the viewport annotations are really just classes or layers that reside on top of the viewport. There should be no reason why accessing them is convoluted.

It would be great if when it was inserted, the crop object was automatically assigned to a crop object class.

I sincerely hope both of these Crop object wishes get implemented. Crop objects should be intuitive and easy to manage. Currently they are not.
