DTM Line Control

On my grading plans I like to show existing topography as dashed lines and altered/proposed contours as a heavy solid line. The only proposed contours that I want to show up solid are the ones that are being altered. Would anyone else find this visibility control useful?

I think you can do this now. Take a look at the attached screenshot and let me know if that's more or less what you're after. If so, you can do it by going into the Site Model Settings and changing the Graphic Properties as desired. I have also attached a shot of the settings I used. The only thong I had to do 'manually' was to add the topog elevation numbers for the proposed (changed) lines, as they don't really show up clearly otherwise.

Thanks Cipes. That is what I was wanting to do. After more study of different forum threads, I think I discovered why my DTM was not working. I think I was not closing the boundary or the pad... I am making sure they are both closed...now it is working.

gbland, also make sure your pad is within the boundary.

Bryan, will do. My simple tests worked, but when several pads get involved the DTM quits showing proposed contour lines... It still shows the 3D model correctly, but not the 2D. hmmm.
