Missing lines when printing directly from VW or PDF

I'm using VW2011 on Win 7-64 bit. When I print my project file, all dimension lines are missing as well as some lines on objects. I have tried printing to multiple printers and the issue remains. I have tried exporting to PDF as well as printing to PDF (via Acrobat Pro) and the lines show up in the PDF, but still do not print out when I print the PDF.

Try changing the line weight of the dimension lines in the Attribute Palette, perhaps they are too fine.

Thanks for the thought. While changing the line weight does work, it is a bit much to change the line weight on every part of the drawing, multiple layers, etc. Particularly when different line weights are used with a specific purpose in mind.

Half of the drawings I work with are created by another user, otherwise I do change line-weights in the drawings I create.

In the past I seem to remember that .03mil was the threshold below which lines (in some instances, especially PDF's) might not print. I use .05 as my skinniest line weight and have never had a problem...

Do you know of a way to just select the .03 lines so that I can adjust them to .05 line weight?

Use the select similar tool (looks like a magic wand) with the preferences set to Pen Attributes: Weight.

Or use the Custom Select command. One additional note: I have been informed by a reliable source that on certain printers .05 may not be thick enough. It was suggested that .08 may be the smarter move...
