VW9.5.1 Loaded -- Trying to unistall 9.5

I recently installed VW Spotlight 9.5.1 and would like to now unistall 9.5 but when I try it says that it "Could Not Open install.log file"

Also, can I unsinstal VW Spotlight, or is it required to run with whatever version I am in -- ex VW Spotlight 9.5.1?

Lonnie, If you ran the VW 9.5.1 updater from the web, please keep in mind that if you need to reinstall VW 9.5.1 at any point, you will need to have VW 9.5 installed to run the web based installer. Of course, if you are using the VW 9.5.1 CDs, they it wouldn't matter.

At any rate, to uninstall VW/Spotlight you can go to add/remove programs from the control panel. Then select VW and Spotlight 9.5 versions. Click on Remove. If you get the error message that no install log can be found, click okay and have the list remove the VW and SL references. Then go to the Program Files folder and move the VW/SP 9.5 folder to the Recycle Bin and empty the trash.

Spotlight should install inside of VW 9.5.1 - you should only have one folder called VW Spotlight 9.5.1 or something like that. Make sure when you open that folder and then open the Workspaces folder you see the spotlight and the standard workspaces.
