exporting pictures problems

I had uninstalled Quicktime because it was giving me problems and then VW told me that it needed QT in order to export an image file. So I downloaded QT 5 hoping it would solve that problem. However, now it just does nothing when i go to export a file. I click on "export image file...." and nothing happens. any ideas on what the problem is and how to fix it?

I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. WHEN I TALKED TO KATIE SHE LET ME NO THAT I WOULD HAVE TO DO A CUSTOM INSTALL OF 5 TO MAKE SURE ALL THE OPTIONS WERE SELECTED. I NOW HAVE NO PROBLEMS WITH EXPORTING.

QuickTime 5.x does not include some components in a Typical install necessary for a VW image export.

To ensure you have all the necessary components installed for QT 5.x, we suggest installing all the components from a Custom install.
