Tirnion
Is there any way to make an angled cut in a square pipe? I am trying to cut a 60 degree angle on both ends of three pipes, to make them form a triangle. Is there a better way to approach this? Quote Link to comment
Farookey
Hi... If I understand what you are saying, then... yes it is absolutely possible. You may need to go into an elevational view and extrude the angled shape which you wish to SUBTRACT from your original shape. There is a 'Model' menu that has many modeling tools, including, adding, subtracting, intersecting solids. If you do not understand, then please let us know exactly what you are looking for so we can better explain. Quote Link to comment
Pat Stanford
Just use the Split tool in the Split by Line Mode. It will cut 3D objects. Quote Link to comment
