taoist
This is a screen shot from other software I use. Would be a boon for residential designers to speed up the process. A suggestion, taoist Quote Link to comment
0 Peter van der Elst
And to be able to add components to roofs and be able to cut the roofs at a specific height for use in 2d Plans. That would be a time saver! (or am I missing something in the current rooftool?). Regards, Peter Quote Link to comment

Regards, Peter You are not missing anything, but you can draw your roof faces in pieces and put each piece on the appropriate layer. It's easy and you will not see the line between them in hidden line renders. Quote Link to comment

For true BIM that is a must, almost as important as a stair tool that shows a multi story stair profile on the top story....... nudge nudge, wink, wink, hint, hint... ....would be nice to be able to connect wall and roof components in that case too......!
