taoist
Using VW 2008. All we have is rectangle and oval for pre-defined sink cutout shapes. Has this been remedied in VW 2011? That is, sinks auto cutout to their respective shapes or we still must trace the sink? taoist Quote Link to comment

taoist
OK great. Does VW 2011 cut through the cabinet top to show the full depth of the sink? Can't get VW 2008 to do it. Followed video from Tech Support. Cuts countertop great, but does not cut cabinet top. taoist Quote Link to comment

taoist
Can you see the full depth of the sink from a top or Iso view? What about in OpenGl? Mine shows the same in wireframe render, but not in OpenGL or quick Renderworks. taoist Quote Link to comment
mar schrammeyer
The top exist out of more than one slab 3 actually so you'll have dig a bit further so that the cut out is in all extrudes Quote Link to comment
taoist
Just discovered, The cabinet must be a sink front cabinet in order for the sink to show correctly. If you place a standard base cabinet and a sink front base cabinet, remove (un-check) countertops, you will notice that the sink front cabinet has no top where as the standard cabinet does. That was the issue I was having. The subtract solids would not cut through the the top of the cabinet. taoist Quote Link to comment
