tom kyler_dup1
A guy who does as much 3D as I do should know this...but when using the pink working plane grid, can you dump the ground grid....it's a real mess in isometric views. If not, then definitely add that option to future versions. [ 03-27-2005, 03:56 PM: Message edited by: tom kyler ] Quote Link to comment
Technoflash
Hi Tom Don't you just go, Page-Set Grid and uncheck the "show grid lines" box. That kills the grid with the little pink dots that you see in 3D.Is that what you are talking about Quote Link to comment
Jonathan Pickup
Or you can double-click on the Snap to Grid Constraint and turn the grid of there... Quote Link to comment
propstuff
I think what Tom means is that if he's using a custom working plane, he doesn't want to see the ground plane any more, just his working plane. Instead of a Show Grid button, perhaps there could be a Show Ground plane and a Show Working plane button. [ 07-26-2005, 06:01 PM: Message edited by: propstuff ] Quote Link to comment
islandmon
Agree with propstuff... more control over the display of the various 'grids' is required. Quote Link to comment
