Multi Family project question-making units into components like sketchup?

Hi I was wondering if there was a way to group the elements of a unit in a multifamily project with a lot of repetitive layouts which would allow a global edit, kinda like a component in sketchup? You update the bathroom in one unit and it changes all of them?

Take a look at design layer viewports. They can do exactly that.

Or, if you are using an older version of VW, you can use layer links or symbols.

We simply use externally referenced symbols when we have standard bathroom layouts. They're not flexible or parametric of course, but they update when you change the layout in the master file.
