Is it possible to group textures by type?

Is there any way to group textures by type?

Tile Group

Wood Flooring Group

Shingle Group

Siding Group

Do we export the textures, create folders for them by group then re-load as favorites?

I don't think there is a way for anything except Symbols. There does seem to be an option to create a folder for symbols, but that's it. Although I'm still learning the in's and out's of the Resource Browser, so maybe there's a way I just haven't found yet. It would be very handy to have folders set up for groups of similar textures, etc. All exterior siding in one folder, all roof material in another, etc.

You can create a separate VW file for each group, save it in your VW User Library Folder and add each as a Favorite in your Resource Browser.

Create a blank file. Import the textures you want for that group into it (as described above).

File>Save - give it meaningful name describing group.

On the Resource Browser Files menu, choose Add Current to Favorite.

Repeat until done.
