shr
Does anyone know why this would be happening? I have drawn some walls, then joined them. Now trying to move 1 wall, but the other moves with it. I have removed Break from both walls, edit constraints says there are no constraints on either wall. Connected wall mode & auto join walls are off. The only way around this is to delete a wall and redraw it, which is a pain if their is objects inserted into it = a long processs. Quote Link to comment
mdarch
I'm having a similar problem, draw walls ok, but then if you try to stretch one of them them or join them you get an error message "This editing operation cannot be performed because of constraints on one or more objects involved" but there are no constraints Quote Link to comment
mdarch
have since found that quitting VW and re-starting stops the problem, for a while at least, then occurs again and any wall seems to be affected Quote Link to comment
M5d
We're still waiting for SP4 in Australia, do you have it? Quote Link to comment
Kizza
I'm using a trial version of 2011 updated to SP4. Have one foot in the Revit camp and one in VW... Quote Link to comment
maarten.
Just a guess, are there any dimensions on those walls? Quote Link to comment
mdarch
we're on VW 2010 SP4 no dimensions, no parametric constraints, in top plan, etc suspect a bug as goes away on restart of VW Quote Link to comment
