On my elevation renders - using a simple light dome & FQRW combination - some objects appear broken up with black or gray noise. I've had this occur when there are duplicate objects or if another object is overlapping however in this case i can't seem to figure out what is making this happen. on the attachments you can see some of the areas in question can anyone suggest what is causing this problems? any help would be greatly appreciated! propstuff Posted February 1, 2011 Share Posted February 1, 2011 Are you using Environmental lighting? HDRIs work better with this on. View>Lighting>Lighting options>Environmental lighting. Set it to one bounce. This will increase your render time a bit (but make the lighting better) Quote Link to comment
