render - noise on objects

Hello.

On my elevation renders - using a simple light dome & FQRW combination - some objects appear broken up with black or gray noise. I've had this occur when there are duplicate objects or if another object is overlapping however in this case i can't seem to figure out what is making this happen. on the attachments you can see some of the areas in question

can anyone suggest what is causing this problems?

any help would be greatly appreciated!
