JRoth
I've always converted my modeled (viewport) elevations to 2D for the final drawings so that I can get them just so. Now I'm in VW2011, and it doesn't seem to be possible - Convert to Polygons is grayed out, and I don't know what I'm supposed to be doing. I thought Cut 3D Section might help, but it doesn't. Do I really need to do everything in Viewport Annotation, using white boxes and BS workarounds like that? Quote Link to comment
mar schrammeyer
Ar what stage do you convert to 2D? Convert to lines/polygons is not greyed out for me. Quote Link to comment
Dieter @ DWorks
Make sure your viewport is rendered in hidden line. I also had this problem once, and it was because it was not rendered yet. Quote Link to comment
JMRoth
Ah! Thank you. I was trying to do it in the Design Layer (which worked before), not from the Viewport. Done. Quote Link to comment
