The first work grouped drawing would sit beside the second one. ie - have one base plan that would serve both the demo and reno plans that are on the same sheet. Quote Link to comment
MikeB Posted January 18, 2002 Share Posted January 18, 2002 Reference your layer into the new file.Then make that referenced layer invisible Create a new layer for your new drawing Layer link the referenced layer into the new layer. Be sure to check the "project 2-D objects"' box in the layer link dialogue Select the layer link, unlock it and rotate it or place it where you want, then duplicate the layer link and position the second one where you want. Your done. These will maintain their new positions and show updates to the origional file. Good Luck Quote Link to comment
