todjager
I am having a problem when I add a dimension to a drawing it is coming up as a black block and i can not get it to remove or change to show the dimension properly. Is there a attribute i am suppose to change? Quote Link to comment
mike m oz
You probably have the Dimension Class fill set to Solid with black as the fill. Change the Dimension Class so the default fill is nothing or a white fill. Quote Link to comment
todjager
OK, I checked my dimension class and looked at fill set and it was set to solid white with pen being black and was creating the new dimensions as a black block as I stated (previously created dimensions were normal). I tried setting to none and it still brought up dimension into a black box. (Under a file with a new name)If I matched parameters with a previously created dimension that was not a black box, I was able to create several dimensions correctly or without the black block. The class settings were the same whether the black block showed up or not on the new file Quote Link to comment
mike m oz
Tod, can you attach a file with some of the problem dimensions in it. To do that you need to 'Switch to Full Reply Screen' and use the blue File Manager link at the bottom where it says 'Post Options'. Quote Link to comment
