Own Image on Projector Screen

Hey,

How do I get my own Image on the Projector Screen?

I'm made a Video Screen and then open up the 'Obj Info' and Prosumed I clicked on 'Edit Screen Image'... But am now unsure how to get my own image projection on there, when I render it.

Sam -

Create a Renderworks texture in your drawing, using Image Color (in the texture definition dialog) and a bitmap of your image. Once you've done that, your new image will show up in the "Edit Screen Image..." dialog.

Also if you need to use the image often, say like your company logo, you can place a VW file containing the image in your user folder \Users\\AppData\Roaming\Nemetschek\Vectorworks\2010\Libraries\Defaults\Video Screen\Screen Images\ (or the equivalent path on the Mac.)

Something not to be overlooked though... Renderworks is required in order to put an image on the screen because it is treated like a texture. No Renderworks=no textures.

Yes,

And the controls for the image will be disabled and/or not shown if you don'r have Renderworks installed.
