Betula Posted August 5, 2010 Share Posted August 5, 2010 I am a new member to the forum, but I finally broke down to see if other people are experiencing the ever present failing plant tool. Seems to work ok most of the time but then when I try to manipulate a plant symbol or change classes/layers the entire system shuts down. Is there anything Nemetschek is doing to resolve this issue? I have been an avid user of Landmark for the past 2 years and the plant tool has always been the cause of many problems and random crashes. Quote Link to comment
Ozzie Posted August 10, 2010 Share Posted August 10, 2010 Betula - tough to say this ..... the plant tool has changed a lot in VW 2009 and 2010 and is much better in my view the way it worked in 2008 was poor I no longer have VW 2008 installed on my puters only 2009 and 2010 Have you installed all updates for 2008?
