mmccl
A pretty minor issue, but I recently lost the ability to use the "Window" menu command to toggle from file to file. I now can only use Ctrl+Tab. It's not a major deal, but I just find that it's quicker to be able to use "Window" to select my file (especially when you have a lot of files open). I'm in VW Landmark 2010, SP 4 on a PC. Thanks so much! Quote Link to comment
Ray Libby
Are you using Quick Keys? Quote Link to comment
mmccl
Not sure...Do you mean keyboard shortcuts? Quote Link to comment
Ray Libby
The program Quick Keys. Do you have a custom Workspace you have added many menu items to? Try switching Workspaces. Quote Link to comment
genie
My question is opposite from that of mmcl. How can I set up shortcut keys to toggle between open files without using the "Window" menu command? I tried "ctrl+tab" but doesn't do anything, I'm guess that's a setting for PC. Thanks. Quote Link to comment
WhoCanDo
When you use the Windows key you are using a Windows operation which is independent of VW. Quote Link to comment
Benson Shaw
genie - This would be a system key command rather than a VW one, but Does Cmd` do what you want? Press the command key and repeatedly press the acute accent key (the key left of the 1 and above the tab) Do a web search eg: "Mac Toggle open files" or "Mac Toggle open windows" -B Quote Link to comment
