Is there a way to script export of jpg files?.

Ie I want to

REPEAT;

1 Render

2 Export Jpg

3 Move View

I don't think there is a way to do it just with Vectorscript.

If you are on a Mac, it may be possible to do it using a combination of Applescript and Vectorscript, but it would depend on how consistent the output needs to be and how you want to do the Move View step.

I did a combination of Open File, Export DWG, Save File using VS/AS and I think it worked OK, but the end customer never responded or offered any comments.

See my post scripting JPG output. On a Mac you can do it with a combination of Applescript/Vectorscript.

You can't do it using Vectorscript alone.

Just a thought here, but what about using the Quicktime calls to create a movie file. When finished, I think there are utilities that can explode the movie into separate image files. Might be worth looking into...
