window and door rendering

Hi, when rendering my model, sash, jamb, trim and glass dissapear. i'm using part styles, each of them with diferent textures for steel, wood and glass. should i set up fill color for the object, for the part style, chek up 'use at creation' boxes ... ?

sashes, jamb and trim appear when viewing, but when i export to artlantis, they dissapear. one window remain with glass but no sash, the others haven?t sash or glass.

please can someone help me? i need these renders for my final presentation at college next monday

using vw 2010 sp3

I have the same problem with VW 2008 and Artlantis 2.0 and 3.0 I have to re assign the textures for windows and doors.

Did you got around this?

If anyone know's why that happens please let us know .
