How can i get help of VW 2010?

i have just started on VW,

However, I can't find help in it,

is there any other way to install it?

First you need to have Adobe Air installed. Then you can install the VW's Help App.

Should also be PDF manuals included. They are either installed in your VW applications folder, or on the install disk. I can't remember which way it is.

The PDF version of the manuals is in the Vectorworks application folder inside VWHelp:Additional Documentation.

Why can't you install AIR?

More info is needed to help.

Please create a signature with you version of Vectorworks including updates and computer specs including OS. Click on the My Stuff link at the top, Edit Profile. Using a signature for you info is important because it will follow every post and people trying to help won't have to search for it.

Vectorworks help requires adobe air... You HAVE TO install adobe air in order to use Help. There is no other way.

There is a folder on the install DVD that contains the PDF versions of the manuals. It is at the root level of the DVD and is called Manual (PDF).

But, error comes up.... and still I am not able to resolve the issue,

Does anyone know? where I can find the uninstaller in snow leopard?
