MattG
I have a drawing I was sent that is being worked on by a few different people. It is a stage drawing and I almost always work on my projects with the stage facing down so the audience at the bottom of the screen. For a few different things I have worksheets made that note where a object is placed and it uses it's x and y center and gives me the dimensions on a worksheet. For the project I am working on now my stage goes from left to right so the audience is actually sitting on the right side of the screen. It is a little bit of a long story as to why it is like this, but it makes sense for this project. My question is what is the best way if any to adjust my worksheet's formulas to still give me a accurate x and y bearing in mind that I want my new poxitive y value to actually be positive x value and the current x value to be my y value. Kinda confusing here. Quote Link to comment
Pat Stanford
It will depend on what the formulas are actually doing. If they are simple positions, you should just be able to swap the formulas between the two columns showing the X and Y locations. If the formulas are more complicated I think you will have to post them here so we can see what is needed. Quote Link to comment
