Back to v12 - keeps crashing

QfanatiQ

Question

we have tried several times.

if the original file has a reference in it, it crashes. Even when we permenatly add the reference to file.

When the reference is not in, we get a warning it is cancelled and crashes.

When the reference is attached (and no longer referenced) no warning, VW just shuts down

Any further suggestions?

Cheers.....Q

I am not IT literate with apple macs.

How do i go about finding this info- tried looking before?

Ask IT support and they say its an apple, what more do you need to know!

Have Vw2010 but due to stability issues since having it office, we are all still using 2008 in most cases.

Thanks, do you know how i find what i already have in VW, i do not have admin ability to install anything, updates included. I am sure this would be fully up to date. But not sure. Windows (not that i know VW on a win PC) normally has ABOUT under help, there it tells you. Apple does not have anything similar.

Thanks for your continued help i hand holding me through this.
