emaildiana Posted June 23, 2010 Share Posted June 23, 2010 (edited) Has anyone got any suggestions on why I am not able to set up a document? I recently reinstalled because of this exact problem and now after going through the process of updating from VW11.0.0 to VW 11.5.1 it seems that I have come back to the same issue. Would it be by chance that it didn't up date the document setup bit????? When I go into "File" - "Setup" - then choose "Document set up" or any of the others (viewports/model/standard naming....nothing at all happens...no dialogue box...nada!!! It opens in feet and inches..then when I go up to the 'File" menu to 'Setup' and then the dialogue box comes up for : Document Setup/ Model Setup/Create Standrad Viewports/Standard Naming I click on 'Document Setup and nothing happens, therefore am not able to change any settings for the format of the document like Millimeters etc. The same goes with the other 3...I try clicking on those and nothing happens. Im wondering if when I downloaded the updates that something went wrong. I noticed when I still was at 11.0.1 that I could open this dialogue box, then when I got to 11.5.0 it wasn't working any longer.... Quote Link to comment
