Problems Updating VW11 to 11.0.1 and so on.........

Can anyone help me?

I realise I'm a tad in the stone age here with VW11.

but am trying to update to 11.0.5 through the various updating stages.

I'm hitting my head against a virtual brick wall here.

I start to run the updater and get to "Choose a location". I leave it on what it says "Vector Works 11.0.0 Folder"....C:\Program Files\Vector Works 11..

What happens next is it comes up with:

"The location you have chosen does not contain a copy of VW which can be updated. Please check the location for Vector Works version 11.0.0.29707"

Im Baffled.....Any suggestions please..

I do not know if this works in VW 11

If it does when you have VW 11 running in Help/About what version of VW is there

Is it Vector Works version 11.0.0.29707?

Or on your puter does your installation of VW live where the update installer is pointing C:\Program Files\Vector Works 11

Seems to have updated...now I am having problems.....it is not allowing me to Setup a document....

Contact the New Zealand Distributors for a vs 11.5 install DVD. While you may need to pay a small fee for it, it will save the head banging!
