StaticDOS
Howdy gents, i want to do a high quality artistic render to put on a website but whenever I do the render the lines appear very thick, ive checked the thickness of them in the render options and there set to the minimum? Also if i increase the dpi the render just appears as a final quality render and not an artistic render? Quote Link to comment
Ray Libby
Could you post an image that shows this? You would probably get correct people looking at this if you posted it in the Renderworks forum, let me know if you want me to move it. Quote Link to comment
bcd
Which Artistic render are you using? Have you tried increasing the scale? I expect you are exporting your scene as an image. You will find the Tool Sets:Render Bitmap tool very useful for this. You can change the ppi and adjust the render settings and use it to test a small portion of your render. Once happy with the result you then Render Bitmap the entire scene copy the result and paste into Photoshop etc before saving for web. Quote Link to comment
Bruce Kieffer
I too am interested in seeing what you are working on. I do this type of rendering with a viewport since I found it too difficult to control the results of artistic rendering. Saying "high quality artistic render" is kind of an oxymoron in my opinion.
