Howdy gents, does anyone else find the walkthrough extremely confusing in VW? In AutoCAD you can just draw a polyline and have the camera follow that around the drawing, is there anyway to do that in VW while its rendered in final quality renderworks?

It's very cumbersome yes. There is the opportunity for a good degree of control however.

It should be called Animation from Saved View to Saved View rather than Animation along path.

All you need to do is create a series of saved views and use these to create the animation. (fiddling with the little timing window is a nuisance and you need to drop each saved view in there but the result will give you what you need)

It's a good idea to test your animation in Wireframe to be sure you're happy with it before producing the rendered result.
