The Base Cabinet units have lots of settings but you may still not get what you want.

EG If you make a unit 3m long you still only have the choice of 1 or 2 doors.

On the other hand they are Hybrids and have a 2D repesentation.

Cabinets are usually just "boxes" and I find it easier to just use the 3D tools to model what I want out of extrudes etc and add the handles etc I want, where I want them, then make that into a Hybrid Symbol.

This is quicker usually than setting all the settings to get the desired configuration.

When using Extrude Along Path to create moldings, etc. I typically have the best results in positioning the extrude by editing the object PROFILE and positioning my object in the top left quadrant (defined by dotted line "crosshairs").

To edit just double click the object, then choose to edit the PROFILE, then just move your object to that quadrant.

Don't forget to use the "Length" function in your worksheets if you want to quantify your molding, etc.
