MESH PANELS

hey guys,

I am trying to create mesh panels in different triangular shapes! I tried creating cubes and substract them with the triangles in order to create the mesh in the right shapes but it takes ages to substract. I've also tried to create the mesh in rectangular shapes and then cut it in the right triangular shapes but still takes a long time to substract. i dont know what else to try!any ideas? PLS HELP

Try using a texture like the one in attached file. By the way, you ought to create a signature which lists your system and VW's info. We have no way of knowing what OS or VW's version you are running otherwise...

You could try making a small section of your mesh - converting it to a symbol and Edit>Duplicate Array to cover the entire area.

Hi Jenny,

Here's a model with some "mesh"on the ground floor made from a standard VW texture as Peter suggests - you only see the transparency in Final Quality Renderworks - it does allow light to pass through

thank you all very much!the chain texture works perfectly for me and thank God I haven't got any problems rendering anymore!!
