Tim Perks
I have a number of objects with records attached on different layers. I want to create reports by layer. Currently the reports list all the objects in the file. Quote Link to comment
Pat Stanford
In the worksheet, go to the triangle pull down menu over the row headers and make sure the Database Headers is checked. If it is, you will get the header row (eg. 4 not 4.1, 4.2 etc.) Click and hold in the row label (eg 4 ) column and select Edit Criteria from the popup menu that appears. Click the More Choices button. Set this new criteria to Layer is and select the layer you want to have the report refer to. Another way that might work would be to add an extra column and put in a formula of =L. This column will then show the layer of each object. Drag one of the sort icons to that column and you will have your report showing all the object sorted by the layer they are on. Quote Link to comment
