UserName
I'm using VW 8.5.2, on OS 9.1 with a Logitech optical wheelmouse (V nice mouse to use BTW) and I've got into the habit of using the wheel to scroll. My problem is that each "click" of the wheel is remembered by VW as an undo "instance". A quick flick of the wheel can eat a score of undos. I NEED my undos (even though I try to keep them set fairly low) Any ideas?? cheers, Nicholas Quote Link to comment
Vectorworks, Inc Employee Mark Farnan Posted October 19, 2001 Vectorworks, Inc Employee Share Posted October 19, 2001 Hi Nicholas, I don't think there's anything you can do in VW 8.5.2 for this. VW 9 has a preference that lets you roll view changes into one undo "instance". Sincerely, Mark Farnan Core Technologies Manager Nemetschek NA Quote Link to comment
UserName
Thanks Mark, I'm keen to try VW9, but I'm waiting 'till I hear a lot of happy voices on the Board saying how beautifully VW9.5 works for them. :] cheers,N. Quote Link to comment
Guest
Sometimes silence is the most perfect herald. In my opinion, most consumers don't have the time to pay compliments with their busy schedules. Therefore they rarely, if ever, visit a message board when they don't have a problem or a "how to" question. Just a thought. ------------------ Brian O Nemetschek North America Technical Support Specialist Quote Link to comment
