djnelson75
I am a new user, so I am hoping that there is a easy answer. How do you change the style of arrowhead on a leader after it has been placed. I see where you can change set what type of marker you want when you go to place a callout, but after it's placed I don't see anything in the properties that allows me to change it after the fact. michaelk
After the callout has been placed the marker is controlled by the attributes palette. Before the callout is placed, you can choose the marker in callout preferences. hth michaelk Quote Link to comment
djnelson75
Thanks that is what I was looking for. I keep looking for it under the object info palette but could see anything. Edited January 24, 2010 by djnelson75 Quote Link to comment
michaelk
Not an unreasonable place to look! Might be a good wish list item. michaelk Quote Link to comment
Jonathan Pickup
the marker list in Vectorworks now works for all areas of Vectorworks. So the same marker list appears in the callout tool, custom dimensions and on the attributes palette. I suggest you edit the marker list to suit your drawings style and remove all the markers you do not want to use. Quote Link to comment
monkey
anyone else think the markers are a bit clunky at present. i have had some drawings where i want to put a marker on a heavy line weight, but the marker doesnt sit right at the end of the line, so you get a little bit of the line on top of the marker, makes it look odd!! i would quite like a slide in the OIP which you can move up and down to change the size of the marker being used, instead of having to go in each time and edit.
