Vince Oles
I'm using VW 10 and Snow Leopard. When I change a fill color on a selected object, I get the wheel of death and then crash! I've checked settings and preferences. Anyone else having this problem? Thanks! Vince Quote Link to comment

You can check out: Sketchup colorpicker additions break other applications on Google's SketchUp forum for details on this particular problem. Are you using SketchUp? If so, do you use the favorite color feature of the OS Color Picker? Edited November 11, 2009 by EricG Quote Link to comment

Vince Oles
Eric, I'm hoping its not a SketchUp! problem as there doesn't seem to be a fix yet. It's happening enough that I'm sure the folks at Apple are tired of my bug reports! Quote Link to comment

It's happening enough that I'm sure the folks at Apple are tired of my bug reports! Ya, there is no fix yet. I hope one will be provided soon. Oh, if you happen to have a lot of stuff you've added to your favorites in the color picker, they can all be removed by trashing: ~/Library/Colors/NSColorPanelSwatches.plist Edited November 16, 2009 by EricG Quote Link to comment
Guest EricG
For those who are interested, with the release of 10.6.3, it is safe to use the custom colors in SketchUp with Vectorworks. The crashes have stopped. What happens now is when Apple?s Color picker comes across data it does not understand, it will display a gray filled box. The custom data is still there, but can only be understood and displayed properly by SketchUp. Quote Link to comment
