Daryl Wood
I have a large roof face with multiple ridges at different elevations. See attached gif file. One of the ridges thinks it's a square eave. Is there a way to edit this ridge section to return it to a plumb cut, and have the eave remain square? Quote Link to comment

CipesDesign
Hi Daryl, I tried to recreate a similar roof face in both 2009 and 2010. In both case it worked as expected. I'm curious, when you double click on the roof face, does the underlying polygon have a vertex (or two) left up near where the ridge would be if it was higher?? In this case it might be that VW's is seeing this "ridge" as a part of a "hole" and is drawing the angle based on the "holes" field in the OIP. If so, try deleting the vertex(ices)(or changing the "holes" setting and see what happens. Otherwise I recommend redrawing the shaped in plan view and trying a brand new create roof face command on it. Let me know what you find... Quote Link to comment
