Linear Material (changing interior fill)

I was wondering if anyone knows if its possible to change the class attributes of the interior fill(type) of a Linear Material?

Basically I am trying to create a thicker line profile around the interior hatching.

No, not that I am aware of. There are probably other ways to accomplish your goal. If you could be more specific (is it stucco, gyp board, ??) I'm sure folks will have ideas.

Nate, sorry, I take part of that back. You can sort of do what you are asking by simply changing the Line Weight of the Linear Material object. This will get you half of your request. The other half might be achieved by adjusting the "Density" of the object in the Object Info Palette (OIP). Peter

Thanks Peter for the Reply. I know I can simply change the line weight of the object but I was trying to to have the outline of the object and the interior hatching fill to be on two separate line weights. I know I could simply trace a box or polyline around the object to create the two line weights but I trying to reduce the number of lines created ontop of one another. Hopefully that makes sense.

Yes it does make sense. Less objects is a good thing, when you can do it! For depicting things like plywood, sheetrock, etc. I personally prefer to use the Double Line Tool, in "Create Polygons" mode, with a predefined line weight and fill color set in the attributes palette. Hope that helps.
