doug shaffer
Hi - VW2009 - Mac I have a file that contains a number of design layers and sheet layers. Several of the design layers are referenced from other files. For example, one of the layers references a 'structural grid' file. For some reason, when I try to print from a design layer, only the 'native' (non-referenced) design layers print, even though the referenced layers set to visible and are clearly within the print area. What is going on? Is it possible that I unintentionally toggled some preference? If so, I have not been able to find any. Any tips appreciated. Thanks - Quote Link to comment
brudgers
What happens if you "export to PDF?" Quote Link to comment
doug shaffer
Thanks, brudgers - I tried "export to PDF" and it worked properly. This method will work for now. Given that export to PDF works, can you think of anything that might be causing the problem? Thanks again - Quote Link to comment

I've had colors shift when I was trying to get a presentation out the door, and whole sets of Construction Documents that had random garbled text. I learned my lesson and export everything to PDF.
