Flow chart help

Does anyone use the flowchart tools (under Text: node & link)?

I don't see anything here or in online help about it... I've a few questions:

How does one control the text: size, style, whether it's above or on the link line, etc?

Are there any tricks or techniques that might not be obvious? It doesn't look like I can reverse or double-arrow a link, for example, which isn't really a big deal. Just curious.

I noticed them the other day myself. I'm not sure if they are part of a standard workspace. You can add them to your workspace. Find them in the workspace editor, in tools, under text tools.

You have to create symbols for the nodes. There doesn't seem to be much control of them. I don't know if they have any resulting data connections/tables etc.

You can change the basic text attributes using the text menu commands.

For example to change the font, select the node and go to Text->Font-->New Times Roman

Or you can use Text->Text Format.

If you want text outside the box, it looks like you need to leave the node's text blank and add the text manually.

It also looks like you cannot change the text alignment or spacing.

Keith symbol is an option if you need additional items to what are included with the object.

For the links you can change options as you insert the link by using the toolbox after tool selection and before connecting the nodes.

It allows you to set arrow heads and some other options.

It does not appear that you can edit these options once the link is drawn.
