bonus
When exporting files to AutoCadLT 2007, the lines show nicely on the PC monitor with right colors, thickness etc, but when printing all lines are the same. The printer settings are OK (checked with other AC files). The same files print fine in AutoCad 2008 (full version - not LT). Is this a known problem? Am I doing something wrong? Any ideas? In desperate need of help.... Quote Link to comment
Jershaun
Firstly, this is NOT a Vectorworks issue or problem. You should contact Autodesk. Secondly, I remember having a similar issue a long time ago when I worked for a company that used AutoCAD LT 2007. I think I sorted it out by removing or adding a "tick" in the printer dialogue box (in AutoCAD). And that was with a drawing that was created from start in AutoCAD. This is just another example how stupid AutoCAD is. Quote Link to comment
bonus
Thanks Shaun, problems resolved! You were right! Just knowing that there is a way to do it makes one find it eventually. In fact not a VW issue. As you mentionned a "tick" that made no sense had to be checked. All parameters were already set correctly in the chosen "ctb", but still "plot with plot styles" had to be checked as well. Stupid, stupid, stupid.....! thank's again! Quote Link to comment
