We recently rolled out VW 2008 to all our Mac users company wide approximately 100 users)
We are now experiencing some issues
1. When a user is working on a file and the auto backup feature kicks in ( we have set it for every 15minutes, and its saving to a folder on the server) Vectorworks crashes and all files are lost.
2. Another user is getting the following error when saving directly to the server
" The File save operation failed.please try again or save to a different location"
I have tired saving the file to a different location and still get the same error.
Some background information:
We are all on Macs running 10.5.7 and running Vectorworks 2008 with SP3. Only a few users are getting this issue. I have already tried the following:
* Rebuilding the machine
* uninstalling VW and reinstalling
* deleting VW prefs
Has anyone else been experiencing the same issues or could help at all?
