neeboy
Can anyone tell me a good place to start learning Vectorscript? I do not have a programming background, and Nemetschek's book for 8.5 assumes that you do. I need to learn how to create dialog boxes, then retrieve the info from those boxes and use them to draw rectangles, then enter their height and width in a spreadsheet. Quote Link to comment
StarGate
Hi, I read your message on the message board. I do a lot of VectorScript programming in Vectorworks 8.5.2. If you like I can help you. Send me a message on my email address explaining what you like to know and I will send you some code as an example. Have a nice day. Guest
The VectorScript support site is the best place to start, http://www.nemetschek.net/support/custom/vscript/vsdex.html Also, MacAcademy has a VectorScript Training CD for sale, http://www.nemetschek.net/support/trainingcd.html Quote Link to comment
