Finish Schedule: duplicate spaces

I created a Finish Schedule . . . Yippee!! But then after creating the spaces using the space command and started to add the finishes, each space shows up twice in the finish schedule.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you using Design Layer Viewports or Layer Links?

If so, you just need to 'Edit Criteria' and point the database to look to the original layers you specifically want to look at.

Why isn't the default behaviour for Design Layer Viewports and Layer Links to be automatically excluded? Then users wouldn't get caught out by this.
